Layout
- 5 berths in two cabins. 6'0 (1.85m) headroom. Heads in  forepeak. SL 400 sea toilet. Wet locker.  Main Cabin - 2 burner Calor cooker. Sink, Cool box. Plastimo water tank. Fenders, mooring lines, boom cover, dodgers.  Clock, barometers chart table. Fire blankets, extinguishers.  Radio cassette player, interior lighting. Pots, pans and cutlery.

Sails and spars - Kemp anodised alloy mast, boom and spinnaker pole. Stainless steel standing rigging.  Serviced by Southern Masts and Rigging, Brighton (May 2002).  2x mainsails, one refurbished March 2002, plus spare.  Genoa plus 1,2 and 3 headsails by Team Sails (Southampton).  Storm jib, Chute and Spinnaker by  Arun Sails (Bosham).

Navigation - 2x12V linked batteries. 240V shore power plug. Quasar ME780 VHF radio (Licenced to 18/7/04).  Garmin 128 GPS installed August 2001.  NASA Target echo sounder installed Feb2002.  NASA Target Log.  NASA Target wind speed (requires replacement vane).  Nautech Mark 11 Autohelm (compass).  Autohelm 800 (electronic). 2x through bulkhead compasses. Stowe trailing log.

Safety equipment - Arimar Neptune Elite 4 man liferaft purchased May 2002.  Flares etc. purchased May 2002. Danforth Anchor. 5m chain and 30m line.  Inflatable dinghy (May 2002) may be included if required.

Owner's Comments -   Seawind is in good condition, hull clean and dry, rigging sound, engine regularly maintained and reliable. This season replaced cutlass bearing.  Very fast neat sail boat.  Stiff and Seaworthy.  We have had many trips to France in good and bad weather

Description:  Safina is a South Coast One Design.  She has been in the same family of boat builders for the past twenty years and is in pristine condition.  A recent survey report is available.  Log, depth sounder and VHF.  All running gear replaced 2006 and standing rigging in 2002.  A four wheel custom made trailer is included in the price.  Safina was launched in April for the sailing season and is ready to sail.  I will deliver her to Hollyhead if requested.

Description: Built 1938, Magyar is a  Classic Motor Yacht in Teak by Saunders Roe of the Isle of Wight, England.  45ft - LOA. Fully restored with no expense spared 2003/2004 under direction of a professional surveyor. Two Ford Mermaid diesels & 1 diesel generator. Max 6 berths. Air conditioning & central heating. Full comprehensive galley with large built in fridge, gas cooker & 240-volt cooker. Full hot & cold pressurised running water. Dinghy, outboard and all safety equipment included. Reason for reluctant sale is that the owner now has requirement for larger vessel for more extensive Mediterranean cruising. Magyar is fully suitable for the European canal system. She has recently completed the Canal Du Midi. During the last 2 years she has  cruised the Mediterranean extensively, particularly Mallorca and Minorca. Very seaworthy and a delight to sail. Present owner returning to fishing!
